The mission of De-Fi is to foster creativity in music makers which we believe starts with an aesthetically inspiring, professional sounding and efficient space to produce in. De-Fi offers a complete ecosystem that reimagines the studio aesthetic with solutions that improve production workflows.
Since launching the Platform Studio Desk as part of Output in 2017, Platform and the other Studio Collection gear have become the studio standard centerpieces on production teams for artists ranging from Beyonce, Katy Perry, Mariah Carey and Rihanna to the teams behind the soundtracks for Stranger Things and Rick & Morty. They have been used to showcase multiple Apple product launches as well as other major audio industry product releases.
De-Fi’s team and consultants have worked on products and initiatives for professional audio players such as Output, Avid Technology, Keith McMillen Instruments, M-Audio, Akai Professional, Universal Audio, Pearl Drums and other industry leaders including the Ford Motor Company and Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
De-Fi is based in Southern California.
